Vision Boarding Brunch 2025
Theme: Feminine Leadership
Each year, I’m honored to partner with Positive Circles for their annual Vision Boarding Brunch—a space intentionally curated for women to pause, reflect, and reimagine their leadership journeys.
This year’s theme, Feminine Leadership, couldn’t have been more timely. So many women are stepping into new roles, navigating transitions, or simply feeling the call to lead with more authenticity, purpose, and presence.
Celebrating Feminine Leadership at Our Brunch
When I was invited to facilitate the session, I knew I wanted to create a space that felt both safe and expansive. A space where we could explore what feminine leadership really means—and how we can embrace it not just in theory, but in practice.
Using a deep-dive workbook and thought-provoking questions, I guided the group through a coaching session that combined personal reflection with collective wisdom. We shared our stories. We challenged limiting beliefs. We mapped out leadership action plans grounded in both strategy and soul.
